Our Manufacturing
- We partner with a select network of vetted and proven factories in the United States and throughout the world to assign orders for high-quality case goods based on the facility’s expertise, tariff implications, lead times, and other relevant factors
- We start with 3-D renderings that show what the finished product will look like in your space, then we generate detailed, machine-readable shop drawings that guide the manufacturing process with precision
- Our representatives on site supervise pre-production samples (PPS) for perfect fit, function, and finish, then manage quality assurance inspections at multiple steps of factory production.
- Finally, we focus on dependable delivery of your products – we track your shipment daily with specialized computer programs and keep you fully informed through final arrival at your job site or warehouse

- Hotels wear products out – carpeting, draperies, wallpaper, electronics, and other FF&E must be properly installed so they perform well and withstand wear, so they meet manufacturer requirements and keep warranties valid, and perhaps most importantly, so they protect your guests

With A Hospitality Mindset
Jason Allen has a proven ability to enhance the look and the value of hotel properties. With more than 30 years of hospitality experience, his approach is straightforward: cutting costs not corners, while exceeding expectations for owners, travelers, and brands.
For owners, he delivers profits and peace of mind without sacrificing quality. For guests, he offers style, comfort, and convenience. For brands, he interprets standards in a fresh way that still maintains a recognizable identity.
Jason knows that no owner goes into business to be “average,” so his style is to see beyond “the obvious” to “the possible” without losing sight of “the practical.”
He earned his undergraduate degree in marketing at Georgia State University and founded Pinnacle South in 2003 in partnership with the late Tommy Howle, a respected hospitality professional.
Now Jason pushes himself and his team to take every project personally – making it different, better, and smarter as if it was their own.
