Jason Allen, as a Founding Partner of Pinnacle South, brings a great depth of knowledge and commitment to service to our organization. With his vast understanding of the hospitality industry, earned by over 16 years of hands-on project sales and management, Jason's expertise and judgment are invaluable assets applied to each and every project. Throughout Jason’s career in hospitality sales and installations, he has had the pleasure of working with such high profile brands as Marriott, InterContinental, Hilton, Wyndam and Choice, from small limited service properties and renovations to full service hotels and new construction. With the utmost professionalism and extreme attention to detail, Jason is well-versed in all aspects of hotel operations, allowing him to provide thorough proposals that consider all of the factors. Jason’s passion for hard work and excellent customer service is second to none.
When Tommy Howle founded Pinnacle South with Jason Allen, it was his belief that Pinnacle South's responsibility was to ensure each hotel responded to its location and exceeded guest expectations. It was the combination of this knowledge and his 28 years of hospitality experience that earned him an unconventional wisdom and common sense which brought an invaluable approach to our early development. Tommy's strong foundation of value and service had immeasurable impact on the practices that Pinnacle South is known for today. We are honored to continue his visions of impeccable service to our clients and of greatly enhancing the overall guest experience in their hotels.
Brenda delivers thoughtful, fresh interiors while overseeing projects from planning & concept through to implementation. Bringing her decades of experience in high-level design and project management, she infuses our projects with all the style elements of up-scale properties, while ingraining cost effective solutions into sound and intelligent design. Her 40-year career includes positions with industry leaders like Hirsch Bedner Associates, John Portman & Associates, Marriott International, as well as the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG, formerly Holiday Inn Worldwide), where she pioneered the Standardized Room Décor Program that redefined industry practices. Her expertise in interior design, space-planning, and budgeting is rooted in a deep understanding of brand values and owner goals.
